The app stores your game progress on your device. You do not need an account to play.

Information saved by the app

Your device stores completed sessions, game choices and difficulty, answers and timing results, session dates and local time offsets, and whether a session was interrupted. Saved daily selections keep your Daily Mix consistent for the day. Preferences include your weekly goal, haptics choice, selected difficulties, last started custom mix and completion of the introduction.

This information is used to show history, weekly activity and comparable personal results. The app does not upload your game history or preferences to a developer-operated server. Unfinished sessions are not restored after the app process closes.

Camera and photos

Photo Recall lets you take a photo or choose one from your library to practice remembering visual details. The app uses a temporary copy on your device for this exercise. It does not upload the photo, add it to game history or use it in a saved score. Leaving the exercise removes the photo from the current screen; the operating system may retain the temporary file in the app cache until it clears it. Choosing a library photo does not change or delete the original.

Retention and reset

Completed results and preferences remain in the app's local storage until removed. Reset Progress in Settings removes saved sessions, their results, daily selections and activity derived from those results. It preserves your preferences and introduction completion.

If local data cannot be read, a separate recovery action may offer Reset Local Data after a progress reset fails. That action also removes preferences and introduction completion, and requires its own confirmation.

Tracking and permissions

The app has no advertising, analytics, account system or cloud synchronization. Photo Recall offers the system camera and photo library pickers only when you choose to use them. The app does not request microphone, contacts or location access. Game results and photos are not used for advertising or sold.

Support

The Support Form lets you report an app issue, ask a question or share feedback. It does not require an account or sign-in. When you send a message, we store your selected topic, message, any optional name and contact details, submission time, browser information, the form address and the referring page's origin when available. Referring-page paths and query parameters are not included.

Support requests are stored for later review and used to understand issues, improve the app and, when appropriate, contact you using details you chose to provide. A reply is not guaranteed. Your game history and preferences are not attached to support requests.

Support messages are not publicly readable. They remain stored until removed by the app operator; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Reset Progress affects data on your device and does not remove a support message you have already sent.

Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information.

Website operation and sharing

Opening these pages and sending a support message transmits technical connection information, including your IP address and browser information, to the services that deliver the pages and store requests. Those services process this information to operate and protect the website. Support information is not sold or used for advertising. It is accessible to the app operator and service providers as needed to operate support, and may be disclosed when required by law.

These pages do not use advertising cookies, analytics or browser storage to save your form text. Text you have not submitted can be lost if you close or reload the page.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the app or submit information through the support form.

Changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. You can open the policy and support information from Settings.
